The roadmap

We always have opportunities for new colleagues who want to take a new or next step in their career. We’d love to get to know you. Below we tell you all about our application process, so you’ll know just what to expect.

1. First meeting

In our first meeting, we want to get to know you a bit better by finding out more about your ambitions for a new job. Of course we’ll gladly tell you what added value TOPIC has, as well as sharing our own ambitions and ideals.

Scheduling an appointment is easy: you’re more than welcome to visit any of our offices. If it is easier for you, we can also meet on location.

2. Online assessment

We’ll test your technical knowledge with an online assessment. We’ll then discuss the results of the assessment at the next stage; the technical interview.

3. Technical interview

During this interview, you’ll dive deep into your specific knowledge, insights, and experiences together with one of our engineers. You’ll also get to meet one of our business managers, who will talk to you about your ambitions and opportunities at TOPIC.

4. Final interview

At this stage, we’ll give you the opportunity to meet one of TOPIC’s board members. As far as we’re concerned, this can happen immediately after the technical interview.

Afterwards, we’ll take the final step together; the contract offer.

5. Contract offer

During this meeting we will gladly explain how our primary, secondary, and tertiary employment conditions are structured, as well as how we set up your contract.

To be clear: the goal is to schedule the technical interview, final interview, and the contract offer on a single morning or afternoon.
